How it works:
Each antenna reads IQ shifted by propagation delay (d/c × Fs samples) and scaled by Friis path loss (∝ 1/d).
FFT cross-correlation finds Δt between pairs.

Resolution: 1 sample = 10 ns ≈ 3 m
